When a client request our services for buyer or leasing representation, we understand that the expectation will be to show the client an extensive portfolio of choices and to distill those choices down to the smartest value that best fulfills their goals and objectives.

Investment property buyers will discover that the vast majority of properties are not listed on the open market and only through a well-connected agent will the greatest number of properties be presented. We can then match customer demand with both listed and unlisted properties.

Silvestri-Craig Realtors is a member LBAR (Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors). Not all brokerage houses are. This membership affords a significant amount of additional choices through the 2500 plus agents who contribute listings and offer friendly cooperation.

Ken Silvestri is a graduate of the Karass Negotiation course and has successfully negotiated and closed in excess of 2000 transactions since 1990.
